30-Second Future (Demo)
[Demo] A narrative game about seeing 30 seconds into the future.

Content note: the finished game will have elements of psychological horror but there's no horror in this demo other than the implied horror of rural poverty.
This demo is ~1k words. This is my first ever attempt at making a game! I used the Disco Elysium-inspired Narrat engine as part of the Narrat Jam 2 and it wasn't too hard to figure out as a first timer.
Future updates:
- finish writing it??
- more than one piece of art?!
- unbreak whatever i did that broke the mobile layout

this is a really interesting demo! it gives a good sense of the characters, and the premise is interesting - how can 30 seconds make a difference? what will happen if they try 10 minutes? so many questions to be answered! and i really like the background too, i think it sets the scene really well
thanks! i've had this idea bouncing around in my head for a while, and it feels interesting to explore the idea of a magical device that comes with really significant limitations.
ok this piqued my interest, I'm curious about the rest now :o
